Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 June 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Maple Summit Club website at MapleSummitClub.com, or by engaging our event hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or engage our services.
Services
Maple Summit Club provides premium hosted event services including the planning, staffing, equipment provision and delivery of entertainment activations — including poker, blackjack, roulette and dice — for private gatherings, corporate events and venue receptions across Canada. All activities are conducted as entertainment-only events. No real money, prizes, wagering or financial gain is involved in any Maple Summit Club activation.
Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or contractual commitment on either party's part. A binding agreement is formed only when a written confirmation and deposit arrangement has been agreed between Maple Summit Club and the client. The terms of individual engagements — including pricing, cancellation conditions and delivery scope — are set out in a separate service agreement provided to each client.

- Violates any applicable Canadian or provincial law or regulation
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of Maple Summit Club or any third party
- Transmits unsolicited communications, malware, or harmful content
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or related systems

Our total liability in connection with the use of this website shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to access it.
