Private Club Receptions
A private reception is the most personal format we offer. The room is arranged for one host group and the hosting team is briefed entirely around the character of that group — their profile, their social dynamic and the kind of evening the host wants to create for them.
There is no generic configuration applied here. We listen to the host, understand the guest list and build an atmosphere that feels considered from the moment of arrival. Whether the gathering is ten guests or sixty, the standard of care remains identical.

Groups at retreats tend to know each other well, or are in the process of getting there. Either way, the evening should feel like a natural extension of the day — relaxed, unhurried and genuinely enjoyable without requiring effort from guests. Wedding After-Hours Events
The evening after a wedding is one of the most socially alive moments of the entire occasion. Guests are in full celebration mode, the formalities are behind them and the room is ready for something that sustains that energy in a different register — elevated, interactive and genuinely memorable.
Our after-hours format is designed to complement what has already been a significant occasion. It does not compete with the wedding itself but extends it — giving guests something to gather around, something to talk about and a reason to stay engaged well into the night. Blackjack and dice work particularly well in this context; roulette adds a visual anchor if the room allows.
